Project management web application Startup

This project was phase one for a startup trying to create a new project manager tool that aligned business strategy, finances and projects in a single tool.

Phase one was to build out the project management side of the tool. After working with the client to define who the end users were and work out what was needed for the initial phase, I mapped out the entire user flow and all screens, states and features that would be required.

We mapped these to MoSoW and then wireframed out all required screens.

After this, I worked with a solution architect to define what data was needed from APIs and how we could make it fast and work in real-time for users without needing to refresh their browsers.

Then I built out the frontend using Vue.js, this was done with a component library using Storybook. As a result, we were able to show the client small pieces of functionality in isolation to get approval on the various components and then bring it together in the final application.
